Job Description

Job Purpose:

To provide exceptional customer service and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction in the registration and query handling of claims

Job Outputs:

  • Claims support and administration
  • Reactive policy underwriting
  • Customer Service and Retention

Qualifications:

  • Matric/Grade 12
  • 30 FAIS credits on NQF level 4 or a full FSCA aligned qualification as per legislation
  • Regulatory exam (RE5)

Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years’ applicable Short term Insurance Customer Service and Claims experience
  • Minimum 12 months Contact Centre experience

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Multilingual, including English
  • Problem solving skills
  • Empathetic
  • Ability to cope under pressure
  • Communication and negotiation skills
  • Computer literate (MS office including Outlook)
  • Excellent telephone etiquette
